IVF with Egg Donation
There are women for whom using her own eggs is no longer medically possible. Embryos are created by fertilizing the donor’s eggs with the intended father’s sperm (or donor sperm, if indicated), After these embryos have developed in the laboratory for a few days, one or two embryos are transferred into the uterus of the intended mother. Single women and couples have the opportunity to build their family with the help of an egg donor,

Flexible Options for IVF with Donor Eggs
Before embryo transfer in a donor egg IVF cycle, the intended mother’s uterine lining is prepared to create the best environment for implantation. At ReproArt, we provide IVF with Donor Eggs to patients from Georgia and to international patients who do not live in Georgia. Due to this diverse intended parent pool, we offer two flexible pathways designed to accommodate different medical needs, personal schedules, and preferences.
Option 1: Complete the Entire Preparation Process in Georgia
Intended mothers may undergo the full preparation protocol at Reproart. This allows for close, in-person monitoring by our medical team and may provide additional comfort and reassurance. If you choose this route, please plan to stay in Georgia for approximately 10–12 days.
Option 2: Begin Endometrial Preparation in Your Home Country
Alternatively, Intended mothers may start endometrial preparation with their local doctor, under our remote supervision. This option is ideal for patients who cannot take extended time off from work. With this approach, you would only need to travel to Georgia for the embryo transfer procedure, typically requiring a stay of just 2–3 days.

Reproart collaborates with a rigorously screened donor pool managed through our in-house system. This ensures availability, transparency, and a streamlined matching process.
All donors undergo:
- Medical screening to assure that donors are healthy and free of relevant genetic diseases
- Lifestyle and reproductive health assessment to assure eggs with be of good quality and free from infectious diseases.
Only after the medical team approves a donor for suitability the matching process begin. You may choose an egg donor that undergoes the egg retrieval process exclusively for you. Alternatively, you may select an egg donor that has already undergone the egg retrieval process and has frozen eggs already available. Your personal coordinator will help you decide which option is best for you, considering donor characteristics and number of eggs desired.
Supporting Information
Before starting preparation of the egg donor, the male partner has to travel to Georgia to freeze sperm at Reproart or has to be present (on short notice) on the day of egg collection for fresh sperm sample. If donor sperm is to be used it must be stored at Reproart before the start of the egg donor’s cycle.
If preparation of uterine lining is not possible for an intended mother for any reasons intended parents always have option to switch to Report’s surrogacy program.
