About Reproart Tbilisi
Reproart Tbilisi is the founding clinic of the Reproart network. Since opening its doors in 2012, it has grown into the main clinical and administrative center, bringing together a full range of reproductive services in one place. Reproart Tbilisi continues to serve as the central hub for patient care, laboratory work, and program coordination.
In 2019, the clinic moved into a newly built facility designed specifically for reproductive care. The goal was to create an environment that felt warm and comfortable — more like a home than a hospital. Every detail, from construction materials and paint to furnishings, was selected to ensure biological safety, especially for embryo and gamete handling. All materials used were screened for air quality impact and selected with guidance from reproductive laboratory standards.
Today, Reproart Tbilisi serves as the core of the organization’s medical operations, with over 60 healthcare professionals working across clinical, laboratory, and administrative units.
Services at Reproart Tbilisi
At Reproart Tbilisi, patients have access to a range of services in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), including in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), cryopreservation, egg and sperm donation, and surrogacy programs. The Male Fertility and Microsurgery Unit provides specialized care for male patients, including Micro-TESE, a microsurgical technique for sperm retrieval in complex cases of male infertility.
Our embryology and andrology laboratories meet the highest international safety standards. They are equipped with cutting-edge technologies such as the RI Witness system and a unique air purification system — the only one of its kind in the region — ensuring maximum protection for embryos and gametes throughout the IVF process.
Diagnostic services are supported by a comprehensive in-house laboratory offering clinical, hormonal, and biochemical testing, enabling timely and accurate treatment planning.
The clinic also provides a full range of outpatient services, including obstetrics and gynecology, radiology, and office-based procedures such as colposcopy and hysteroscopy, along with additional supportive services tailored to each patient’s needs.
For International Patients
Tbilisi is the primary location for cross-border reproduction programs. Our International Patient Department manages all aspects of third-party reproduction for international patients.
